We booked Norse for our family holiday and, honestly... it went smoother than I thought it would. We were traveling with two kids, so there was the usual chaos with bags, snacks, and trying to keep everyone moving, but the staff were really kind and patient with us, especially during boarding.
The seats were totally fine for the price, and we got to sit together, which was the main thing for us. Check-in was simple too, no fuss really. It’s not a fancy airline, but it was easy, smooth, and... yeah, I’d happily fly with them again

Boarding was smoother than I expected. The line kept moving, the staff checked everyone’s passes without making it a hassle, and people were treated decently throughout. I got to my seat without any stress or confusion, which is really all you can ask for. Simple, quick, and no fuss.

"Not as cheap as it first looked"
The ticket price looked good at first, which was nice, but once I added bags and picked seats, the total jumped up really quickly. I get that extras cost money, but it was a bit frustrating because it definitely didn’t feel like the cheap deal I thought I was getting.

I checked flynorse.com before my trip to see what documents I needed. Passport rules, visa bits, all that. it was easy to follow. Not too much digging around, which helped because I was already a little stressed about forgetting something.
I did still look at the official pages too, just to be safe. But Norse gave me the basics in a simple way. No tiny hidden links, no confusing wording. Got through the airport with no problems, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

I flew with Norse last week and just wanted to share for anyone wondering about the onboard experience. The cabin was really clean, the seats, tray table, and even the floor all looked like they’d been properly wiped down before boarding. The bathroom also stayed in decent shape throughout the flight, which is always a nice surprise. It’s a small thing, but it definitely made the trip feel more comfortable. If cleanliness is something you care about when choosing an airline, my experience with Norse was a good one

My flight got cancelled, so I don’t think it was unreasonable for me to expect a clear refund process. I wasn’t asking for anything extra, just what I was owed. They did respond, to be fair, but most replies were slow and felt like copy-paste answers that didn’t really address my questions. The compensation part was especially unclear, and I had to keep following up because no one seemed to explain it properly. I did eventually get some money back, but it took weeks and felt much harder than it needed to be

"Relieved I Could Charge on the Flight"
The second I saw there was power at my seat, I was like, thank goodness. It worked fine and kept my phone from dying during the flight. The USB charging was a little slow, but it still did the job. Made the long flight way less annoying, so I’d give it 4 stars

"Way Better Than I Expected"
I was kind of surprised by how decent the seat was. Long flights usually leave me feeling miserable for some reason, but this one just felt better overall. There was enough room to shift around a bit, and the cushion didn’t have that awful flat feeling I always dread. I’m not super tall or anything, but the extra space still made a big difference. I even slept for a few hours and didn’t wake up feeling wrecked. Overall, I felt good about it.

Online check-in worked fine for me, fine overall. It was just a little slow at the beginning, slow enough that I noticed, but after that it went through without any problems.

The Wi-Fi worked here and there, but it was way too inconsistent for the whole flight. One minute I’d be connected, the next it was gone like it had been personally offended by my presence. Not the end of the world, but I definitely expected it to be more reliable.

My Norse flight got delayed, but to be fair, they actually kept me in the loop. I got both an email and a text with the new time, so I wasn’t sitting there trying to decode the airport screens like some kind of travel conspiracy. The airport info updated slower, which was annoying and made me wonder who’s really in charge of those boards. But overall, Norse handled it well, and it was way better than the mystery-game treatment I’ve gotten from other airlines

"Plane felt run-down, and the communication didn’t help"
I flew with Norse recently, and the plane felt worn out. The seats looked old, my tray table was sticky, and a few panels around my seat felt like they weren’t properly secured. The bathroom wasn’t very clean either, which was disappointing since it was still early in the flight. The crew were okay, but there wasn’t much clear communication about what was going on, and that got annoying after a while. Between that and the condition of the aircraft, the whole trip felt cheap and uncomfortable. I’d definitely think twice before booking with them again.
